: Pricing is per named user. Devices are unlimited — a user can enrol as many devices as they need. Each user is capped at 3 concurrent active sessions by default across all their devices. The named-user cap is the only entitlement that determines which plan tier you are on.
: BYOE (Bring Your Own Environment) means you give AegisWire access to your own AWS account and we deploy and operate the software inside it. Your data never leaves your account; you retain full cloud ownership.

Managed Hosted means AegisWire runs everything in our own infrastructure. You do not need an AWS account. This is the fastest path to production for smaller organisations that do not want cloud operations responsibility.
: Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Upgrades are pro-rated for the remainder of your current annual term. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. Contact your account manager or sales to arrange a plan change.
: All plans are quoted and invoiced annually. This reflects the nature of the service — AegisWire provisions dedicated infrastructure per customer, and annual terms allow us to maintain the operational and security commitments included in each plan. Multi-year contracts with locked pricing are available for enterprise and government customers.
: CNSA 2.0 (Commercial National Security Algorithm Suite 2.0) is a US federal mandate that requires government agencies and defence contractors to upgrade their security infrastructure to resist threats from future quantum computers. The mandate sets a concrete timeline: new systems procured from 2027 onward must support the upgraded standard; from 2030, the upgraded standard is the exclusive requirement; and enforcement begins in 2031.

AegisWire Enterprise and Government plans include support for this federal-mandate security level as part of the sovereign governance posture. Organisations on regulated plans can opt in when they activate their account; sovereign plans include it automatically. For all other plans, AegisWire uses its standard high-assurance security posture, which is appropriate for the vast majority of enterprise and regulated-industry deployments.

What this means for you in plain language: if your organisation is a US federal agency, a defence contractor, or procures services for regulated federal programmes, contact our compliance team — we will walk you through the relevant plan and onboarding path.
: A compliance add-on is a separately priced capability bundle that extends your base plan with specific regulatory or operational features. Examples include HIPAA Business Associate Agreement and extended audit retention for healthcare operators, PCI DSS attestation artefacts for card-data environments, FIDO2 hardware MFA enforcement, and dedicated customer security engineer assignment. Add-ons are priced as a percentage of your annual base plan price, with a minimum floor. Some add-ons require a Regulated or Sovereign governance posture tier, which is available on Enterprise and Government plans.
