How this page is measured

Each component is probed with a live HTTP health request when you load this page, with a 3s timeout. A component that answers correctly but slowly is shown as degraded rather than operational. The overall banner always reflects the worst component state.

Historical uptime

This page reports current state only. We do not publish a rolling uptime percentage here, because the figure would be derived from a single stateless replica and reset on each deployment — it would not be a measurement you could rely on. Contractual availability terms are set out in the Service Level Agreement.

Incident notifications

Customers on a paid managed subscription are notified at the account contact address for incidents affecting their tenant. For an update on an active incident, contact support@aegiswire.com or your account manager.

Scope

These checks cover AegisWire-operated platform components. Tenant gateways run in the cloud region each customer selects and are reported in the customer portal, not here. Self-hosted and air-gapped deployments are operated by the customer and are outside the scope of this page.
